Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Parenting Pathway mobile application and related services operated by Pireva (the “Application”). Pireva is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.

Information collection and use

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required and the Application does not create a user account or cloud profile.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may necessarily be transmitted to establish network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share personal information collected by the Application with third parties.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain personal information generated through normal use of Parenting Pathway because the Application does not collect or store such information on Pireva servers.

Data Deletion

Because Parenting Pathway does not collect or retain personal information on Pireva servers through normal use, there is no server-side app data or user account for Pireva to delete.

Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. Any information that exists only on your device is controlled through your device and operating-system storage controls.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Application.

Security and data breach notification

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the risk of exposure of app-collected personal information is limited. No technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a security incident affects personal information that Pireva separately holds, Pireva will address notification obligations as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

Pireva may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the published policy together with an updated effective date.
